The container drying rod is a dedicated Marine desiccant. It adopts the Tyvek packaging technology of the United States (DuPont), with strong moisture absorption. It can effectively prevent the goods from being damaged due to condensation inside the container caused by temperature and humidity changes during ocean transportation. For instance, moisture, mold, rust, oxidation, etc., such as water stains on cartons, which affect the appearance or directly damage the outer packaging, and even affect product quality, such as causing metal parts to rust or labels to fall off, etc.

【 Principle of Moisture Absorption 】

Moisture absorption principle: The component of the container desiccant is a new type of active material. Under the conditions of 25℃ and a relative humidity of 95%, the capacity to adsorb water vapor reaches 200-300% of its own weight, reaching the performance of similar foreign products.
Super strong suction power: Moisture absorption capacity. Each drying rod can absorb 2-3KG of crystalline water. Under the same environmental conditions, it is 10-20 times that of ordinary desiccants (such as silica gel, montmorillonite, and mineral desiccants). It will greatly reduce your costs
Safety and environmental protection: Food-grade, safe and environmentally friendly, does no harm to the environment, non-toxic and harmless, and can be naturally degraded.

Container drying rods can quickly and effectively control the dew point: they strongly absorb moisture from the air, reduce the humidity inside the container, and thus prevent condensation. Even if condensation occurs, the container drying rods can quickly absorb it. By preventing condensation, the problem of cargo damage caused by moisture in containers has been fundamentally solved.

If container drying rods with an adsorption capacity of 200-300% are used, Then, 6 to 8 kilograms of desiccant need to be placed, that is, 6 to 8 drying rods are needed for a container. For a 40-foot container, the amount of desiccant required is 10 to 16 drying rods.
